Make Me Up ;)

My first make up post . I love to have fun with myself . so whenever am bored I keep on experimenting with myself creating different looks . Here's the first look that i am going to share . hope you all like it ... 

Description : Vintage Look . 
This look is inspired from Sonam Kapoor ( well , i am a big fan of her ) . Winged Eyeliner , Dramatic Red Lips and Simple Blush on .
Here's the steps to create this look .. :

1. Start by prepping your skin with a skin primer ( I use the MAC Prep+Prime SPF 50 )
2. I created my base using Studio Fix Powder plus Foundation (NC 42 )and concealer(MAC Studio Fix Correct and Conceal Palette Medium Deep shade nc42 ) dabbed into the skin and a translucent powder to set it.
3. Using your kajal or maybe an eyeliner brush(I use Lakme Eyeconic Kajal) draw a line from the innermost corners of the eyes following the shape of the eye to the outer corners. Then extend the line beyond the outer corner of the eyes into a wing.
4. Apply a little bit of kajal  below your lower lash line at the outer corners and connect it to the upper extended line to create a perfect winged eye.(you might use a black eye shadow with an angular blend brush )
5. Apply 2-3 coats of mascara( I use Rimmel London  Scandal Eyes) and a white kajal pencil to open up the eyes.
6. Use a peach coloured blush on the apples of your cheek .
7. Also do not forget to draw your eyebrows , remember nothing looks better than  perfectly groomed brows .Use a pale champagne shade on your brow bones to highlight your eye area.
8. Now finally the lips ( My favourite part) When creating a red lip, always use a red lip liner first to create a perfect outline. Then fill in the entire lip with the pencil and layer on the lip colour. This ensures that the lipstick won't bleed outside the lip line.I am using Colorbar Rich Red Lip Pencil and MAC Ruby Woo .

The Red Lips perfectly compliment my eye makeup and my yellow top . Hehe ;)

So girls , dont be afraid to try on Red Lips . I believe every girl is born to wear Red Lipsticks. But always remember to keep your makeup light , (Remember the balance policy ??? ) Always try to keep a balance between your eye make up and Lips . Follow this rule : Loud Lips , Light Eye Make up .... Subtle Lips :Loud Eye Make up . This way you will never go wrong !!!!!
